Ingredients

  • 1 (2 layer size) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip light dressing
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup poppy seed (optional)
  • powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix all ingredients except powdered sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan or 12-cup fluted tube pan.
  4. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
  5. Let the cake stand for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
