Ingredients

  • 2 (8-inch) prepared graham cracker crusts
  • 1 can (14 oz.) Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tub (12 oz.) Cool Whip whipped topping
  • Juice of 1 large lemon
  • 1 can (15-1/4 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped toasted pecans

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the sweetened condensed milk, whipped topping, and lemon juice with an electric mixer for 2 minutes on medium speed.
  2. Stir in the drained crushed pineapple and chopped toasted pecans.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crusts.
  4. Chill the pie several hours before serving.
