Foil-Baked Turkey

- Sprinkle underside of turkey lightly with salt.
- Cream butter, Parmesan cheese, flour, dill weed, basil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and pepper together. Spread over skin of turkey.
- Place turkey on a sheet of heavy foil and bring edges together up over the meat, folding over twice.
- Fold ends twice to seal the foil packet.
- Place the foil packet in a shallow baking pan and roast in a 350°F oven for about 1 hour and 50 minutes.
- Open the foil carefully and pour off the juices.
- Slice the meat and serve with the juices.
