Instructions
- Place prepared sliced mushrooms in the bottom of the Reynolds foil bag.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme, then place them on top of the mushrooms inside the bag.
- Top the chicken with butter or margarine, chopped garlic, and white cooking wine or water.
- Seal the foil bag very tightly to prevent leaks.
- Place the sealed bag on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken.
- Spoon the liquid from the bag over the cooked chicken before serving.
