Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • flour
  • 1 egg
  • seasoned bread crumbs
  • seasoned salt
  • Parmesan cheese
  • dried parsley flakes
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine

Instructions

  1. Shake the chicken breasts in flour to coat them evenly.
  2. Beat the egg until well mixed.
  3. Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten egg.
  4. Combine seasoned bread crumbs, seasoned salt, Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley flakes.
