Ingredients

  • 8 cups flour
  • 2 packages dry yeast
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix 4 cups of flour with the other ingredients at high speed with a mixer for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the remaining 4 cups of flour, or less if needed, by hand. Cover the dough.
  3. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
  4. Shape the dough into rolls or other desired shapes. Cover and let rise again until doubled.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
