Ingredients

  • potatoes, sliced thin
  • green peppers, cut in pieces
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • paprika
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix together potatoes, green peppers, and onion.
  2. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Put the mixture on heavy-duty foil and dab butter on top in several places.
  4. Wrap the potatoes in the foil well and cook on the grill, turning often, about 30 minutes.
  5. Can be baked in the oven at about 400°F.
