Tips & Substitutions

For a lighter version, consider using Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise. If you don't have curry powder, a mix of turmeric and cumin can provide a similar flavor profile. Ensure the chicken is cooked through by checking for an internal temperature of 165°F. If you prefer, use fresh broccoli instead of frozen for a crunchier texture, but adjust cooking times accordingly.

Serving Suggestions

This Chicken Divan pairs beautifully with a light salad or steamed rice to balance the richness of the dish. To enhance the meal, serve with a side of roasted vegetables or garlic bread. For a complete menu, consider offering a refreshing Fruited Chicken Macaroni Salad as a starter.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, place in the microwave on medium power for 2-3 minutes, or until heated through. For a crisp topping, consider broiling briefly after reheating to refresh the bread crumb crust.
