Ingredients

  • 8 frankfurters
  • 1 can chunk pineapple
  • 3 Tbsp prepared mustard
  • 3 Tbsp pineapple syrup

Instructions

  1. Cut frankfurters into 1-inch lengths.
  2. Thread the frankfurter pieces and drained pineapple chunks alternately onto skewers.
  3. Mix together the prepared mustard and pineapple syrup to make the glaze.
  4. Brush the skewered frankfurters and pineapple with the mustard and pineapple syrup mixture.
  5. Broil the skewers for 3 to 5 minutes.
  6. Turn over the skewers and broil for another 3 minutes.
  7. Brush the skewers again with the mixture after turning over.
  8. Serve hot.
