Freezer Cream Puffs

Instructions
- Heat water and butter to a rolling boil in a 1-quart saucepan.
- Stir in flour and cook over low heat, stirring vigorously until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute; remove from heat.
- Add eggs and beat until smooth.
- Drop dough by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet.
- Freeze uncovered until solid, about 4 hours.
- Place frozen puffs in a freezer bag, seal, and label; freeze up to 1 month.
- About 1 1/4 hours before serving, preheat oven to 400°F.
- Place desired number of puffs 3 inches apart on an ungreased sheet.
- Bake until puffed and golden, 45-50 minutes.
- Fill puffs with sweetened whipped cream, fruit pie filling, or ice cream.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
