Ingredients

  • 7 cups sliced cucumbers
  • 1 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 cup chopped onions or sliced onions
  • 1 and 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix vinegar, sugar, celery seed, and salt in a bowl and cover the mixture.
  2. Refrigerate and soak the mixture overnight.
  3. Next day, freeze the relish in containers.
