Ingredients

  • 2 c. lettuce, chopped
  • 2 c. spinach, chopped
  • 2 c. alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 c. assorted sprouts
  • 1 c. cucumber, peeled and cubed
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped lettuce, spinach, alfalfa sprouts, and assorted sprouts in a large bowl.
  2. Add peeled and cubed cucumber and sliced tomato to the bowl.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Add lemon juice and toss again to combine.
