Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken breasts
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • garlic salt
  • small carton whipping cream
  • noodles or rice

Instructions

  1. Brown chicken breasts in 1/2 stick butter.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt.
  3. Pour a small carton of whipping cream over browned chicken.
  4. Cover with foil.
  5. Bake in the oven at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Serve with rice or noodles.
