Ingredients

  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon mint flavoring
  • 9-inch graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Melt unsweetened chocolate and set aside to cool.
  2. Beat powdered sugar and butter until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time to the mixture, beating well each time.
  4. Add melted chocolate and mint flavoring to the mixture and continue beating.
  5. Spread the filling into a 9-inch graham cracker crust.
  6. Place the pie in the refrigerator for several hours to chill.
  7. Before serving, top each slice with a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
