Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup coconut

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and sugar over heat.
  2. Add eggs, vinegar, vanilla, and coconut to the mixture.
  3. Fill unbaked tart shells with the coconut mixture.
  4. Place the filled tart shells on a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 325°F for about 30 minutes.
  6. Check centers to see when the tarts are done.
