Ingredients

  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. poppy seed
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 4 cups finely shredded cabbage
  • 4 1/4 cups thin apple wedges

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, poppy seed, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  2. Combine shredded cabbage and apple wedges in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the sour cream mixture over the cabbage and apples.
  4. Stir well to coat evenly.
  5. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
