Ingredients

  • 1 baked pie shell
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • sliced bananas (enough to fill pie shell)
  • whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Fill a cup with sugar and pour the juice of 1 lemon over the sugar. Let stand until the sugar absorbs the juice.
  2. Cut bananas to fill the pie shell.
  3. Pour the sugar-lemon juice mixture over the sliced bananas.
  4. Cover the pie with whipped cream.
  5. Serve immediately.
