- Mix together brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Dip the banana slices into lemon juice, then into the brown sugar mixture.
- Fill the open side of each peach half with the remaining sugar mixture and place a cherry in the center of each peach half.
- Thread the fruit onto skewers in this order: 3 banana slices, 6 pineapple chunks, and 1 peach half per skewer.
- Place the skewers across a microwave-safe dish with the open side of the peach halves facing up.
- Microwave on High for 4 minutes.
