Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 3 cups fresh peaches, diced

Instructions

  1. Beat together sugar, eggs, and margarine.
  2. Fold in Cool Whip and diced peaches.
  3. Place a layer of vanilla wafers in a large shallow glass casserole dish.
  4. Top with a layer of peach mixture.
  5. Repeat layering until all peach mixture is used, ending with a layer of vanilla wafers.
  6. Chill overnight.
  7. Garnish with wafers and peach slices, if desired.
