- Remove flowerets from broccoli; cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine broccoli, mushrooms, green pepper, celery, cauliflower, tomato chunks, and cucumber slices in a large bowl.
- Toss vegetables lightly to mix.
- In a separate bowl, combine dry mustard, salt, vinegar, vegetable oil, grated onion, poppy seeds, and sugar. Mix well.
- Pour the marinade over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with celery leaves and cherry tomatoes.
