Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Grate the onion, carrot, and cucumber.
  2. Drain the grated vegetables well.
  3. Add the drained vegetables to the cream cheese and mayonnaise.
  4. Blend the mixture until well combined.
  5. Chill the spread for several hours before serving.
