Friday Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter or margarine ⓘ
- 1 small clove garlic, chopped ⓘ
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained (reserve juice) ⓘ
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. spaghetti or curly noodles ⓘ
- 1 tsp. sugar or more ⓘ
- Parmesan cheese ⓘ
- 1 medium onion, chopped ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. dry parsley
- 1/2 or 2/3 can tomato paste or 1 small can tomato sauce ⓘ
- 1 mushroom can water ⓘ
Instructions
- Brown onion, parsley, garlic and mushrooms in margarine.
- Add tomato sauce, water and juice from mushrooms.
- Add the sugar. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Drain the spaghetti noodles.
- Mix together.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese.
