Ingredients

  • 6 oz. mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups dried bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cut the mozzarella cheese into 1/2-inch cubes.
  2. Dip the cheese cubes into the beaten eggs, then coat with flour.
  3. Dip again into the eggs, then roll in dried bread crumbs.
  4. Chill the coated cheese cubes for 30 minutes or 10 minutes in the freezer.
  5. Fry the cheese cubes in a deep fryer until medium brown.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
