Ingredients

  • 3 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the chicken breasts.
  2. Cut the chicken into long finger-sized strips.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the egg and milk together.
  4. In a shaking bag, combine the flour and Mrs. Dash seasoning.
  5. Dip each chicken finger into the egg and milk mixture, then shake in the seasoned flour until well coated.
  6. Fry the coated chicken fingers in hot oil for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
