Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. mashed potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil

Instructions

  2. Add milk and mix well.
  3. Add egg, salt, pepper, and flour; mix until well blended.
  4. Shape the mixture into patties.
  5. Fry the patties in oil until golden brown on both sides.
