Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb dried noodles
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
  • chives

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet and add 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
  2. Mix all the ingredients—dried noodles, chopped onions, parsley, Tabasco sauce, and chives—and dump into the skillet.
  3. Pack the mixture down in the skillet and lower the heat.
  4. Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Turn the noodles when golden brown and cook the other side.
  6. Invert onto a plate and garnish with parsley.
  7. Serve with broiled meat.
