Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 boneless and skinless turkey fillets
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups lemon juice
  • garlic salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 to 2 cups cooking oil
  • parsley
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Marinate turkey fillets in 2 cups of lemon juice, 3 teaspoons of minced garlic, 5 to 6 shakes of parsley, 1 medium onion sliced into rings, 3 to 4 shakes of garlic salt, and 3 beaten eggs for around 24 hours.
  2. In a separate dish, combine flour, 3 teaspoons of garlic salt, 3 teaspoons of parsley, and pepper.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Remove turkey from marinade and roll into the flour mixture along with onion slices.
  5. Fry the coated turkey fillets in hot oil until golden brown, turning several times, until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with black beans and rice.
