- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt, pepper and thyme.
- Let rest 1/2 hour.
- Make meatballs.
- Dust with flour; save flour.
- Brown in oil.
- Add remaining flour and cream.
- Cook together until gravy forms.
- Serve over parslied potatoes.
