Ingredients

  • Fritos, broken up
  • chopped onion
  • 1 large can chili
  • Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of a greased casserole dish with broken-up Fritos.
  2. Add a layer of chopped onion over the Fritos.
  3. Heat the large can of chili until warm.
  4. Pour the heated chili over the Fritos and onion layers.
  5. Top with more Fritos and grated Cheddar cheese.
  6. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 20 to 30 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
