Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Beat margarine at medium speed of an electric mixer until fluffy.
- Gradually add sugar and beat well.
- Add egg whites, sour cream, milk, and vanilla extract; mix until smooth.
- In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and cocoa.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Pour batter into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with vegetable cooking spray.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack.
- Spread chocolate frosting over cooled brownies.
