Instructions
- Drain the pineapple and save 1 cup of juice in a small pan.
- Set aside the drained pineapple.
- Add sugar, flour, eggs, orange juice, lemon juice, and vegetable oil to the pan of pineapple juice.
- Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute; then remove from heat and let cool.
- In a salad bowl, combine the pineapple, drained fruit cocktail, drained mandarin oranges, and sliced bananas.
- Fold in the whipped cream and cooled citrus sauce.
- Chill the salad for several hours before serving.
