Tips & Substitutions

For a smoother texture, ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature before mixing. If you prefer a lighter option, consider substituting half of the heavy cream with Greek yogurt. To add a citrus twist, a tablespoon of orange zest can enhance the flavor profile. This dish is perfect for holiday gatherings and pairs beautifully with Elva Dexter'S Cranberry Salad.

Serving Suggestions

This frosty cranberry mold makes a refreshing dessert or side dish. Serve it alongside roast turkey or ham for a festive touch. Garnish with additional chopped walnuts or mint leaves for added color. It also pairs well with a light salad or can be enjoyed as part of a larger spread featuring American recipes.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The mold can last up to 3 days, but it’s best consumed within 1-2 days for optimal freshness. Avoid freezing, as the texture may change once thawed. Serve chilled for the best flavor and texture.
