- Bring the liver sausage and cream cheese to room temperature. Mash together with a fork.
- Add the minced onion, parsley, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and place in a waxed paper-lined bowl. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Whip together the 3 ounces of cream cheese (at room temperature) and the sour cream until smooth.
- Frost the pâté with the whipped cream cheese and sour cream mixture.
- Serve with crackers.
