Ingredients

  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • dash of salt
  • 3 large bananas
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Combine sour cream, sugar, lemon juice, and salt in a large bowl, stirring well.
  2. Add the mashed bananas, crushed pineapple, chopped pecans, and quartered maraschino cherries to the mixture.
  3. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.
  4. Spoon the mixture into paper-lined muffin cups.
  5. Cover and freeze for up to 1 month.
