Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 c. sliced peaches
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. vanilla yogurt
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine blueberries, peaches, and milk in a blender.
  2. Cover and process on high until smooth.
  3. Add yogurt, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg; blend well.
  4. Serve in chilled glasses.
