Ingredients

  • handful strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup diced pineapple with natural juice
  • 1 whole peach, pitted
  • 10 ice cubes
  • 1 cup skim milk

Instructions

  1. Put ice cubes in the food processor and blend until only chips remain.
  2. Add strawberries, bananas, pineapple, peach, and milk into the food processor.
  3. Blend until the mixture reaches a consistent thickness, becoming thinner the longer it blends.
  4. Pour into cups and serve immediately.
