Ingredients

  • 1 loaf dough, thawed
  • 4 oz. sliced corned beef
  • 4 oz. Swiss cheese
  • 1 small can sauerkraut

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed bread dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  3. Spread sauerkraut evenly over half of the dough.
  4. Layer sliced corned beef and Swiss cheese on top of the sauerkraut.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling to form a sandwich and seal the edges.
  6. Place the assembled sandwich on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
