Frozen Bread Rolls

A sweet, nutty bread pudding with pudding and cinnamon flavors, layered with bread and topped with a rich pudding mixture, perfect for a comforting dessert or brunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 loaves frozen bread dough
  • 1 1/2 cups nuts
  • cinnamon
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 boxes vanilla pudding (cook type)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Grease the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Place nuts on the bottom of the pan.
  3. Pull the first loaf of bread apart and place on top of the nuts.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon over the bread.
  5. Melt the margarine and mix in the pudding, brown sugar, and milk.
  6. Pour the pudding mixture over the first layer of bread.
  7. Pull the second loaf of bread apart and place on top of the pudding mixture.
  8. Let the assembled dish rise.
