Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 c. Rice Krispies
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 can fruit cocktail
  • 1 (21 oz.) can lemon pie filling
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 can condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix in Rice Krispies and sugar.
  3. Pat the mixture into the pan and bake at 300°F for 12 minutes.
  4. Drain the fruit cocktail and mix it with lemon juice, condensed milk, and lemon pie filling.
  5. Spread the fruit mixture over the baked Rice Krispies layer.
  6. Freeze for 4 hours.
  7. Serve with whipped topping.
