Frozen Rolls
These homemade frozen rolls are soft, flaky, and buttery, perfect for anytime comfort and easy to prepare ahead of time for fresh-baked goodness.

Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water, add sugar; let set until yeast rises.
- Mix flour, soda, salt, and baking powder.
- Add lard, mix until crumbly.
- Add buttermilk and yeast mixture; mix well.
- Knead 20 or 30 strokes.
- Place in greased bowl; let rise 2 hours.
- Push down and knead until smooth.
- Roll out 1/2 inch thick; cut out biscuits.
- Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
- When frozen, place in freezer bags.
- Take out when needed, place in greased pan, put in cold oven.
- Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.
- Brush with melted butter.
