Ingredients

  • 1 cup Total cereal
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 2 small bananas, thinly sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups Gold Medal all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8 x 8-inch square pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Total cereal and orange juice; let stand until soft.
  3. Stir in vegetable oil, egg, and sliced bananas into the cereal mixture.
  4. Add flour, sugar, raisins, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
