Fruit Cake (Uncooked)

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. dates
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 8 oz. candied cherries
  • 1 small pkg. mini marshmallows
  • 4 c. crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Chop fruit and nuts.
  2. Add marshmallows and blend by hand.
  3. Add Eagle Brand; blend further.
  4. Add crumbs a cup at a time.
  5. When well blended, shape into four rolls and wrap in foil.
  6. Store in refrigerator for at least 24 hours.
  7. Slice and serve.
  8. Refrigerate remainder.
