Ingredients

  • 1 can chunk pineapple
  • 1 can apricots
  • 2 or 3 bananas, cut
  • 1 can mixed fruit or any kind canned or fresh fruit
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding

Instructions

  1. Drain some juice from the canned fruits to mix with the instant vanilla pudding.
  2. Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions, using the drained juice.
  3. Pour the prepared pudding over the mixed fruits and bananas.
  4. Mix gently to combine and refrigerate for several hours or until ready to serve.
