Ingredients

  • 4 cups oats
  • 3/4 cup nuts
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup oil or pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients: oats, nuts, coconut, and salt.
  2. Combine the wet ingredients: honey, vanilla, and oil or pineapple juice.
  3. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Let cool, then add dried pineapple or raisins if desired.
