Ingredients

  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg (optional)
  • 1 c. fresh or frozen fruit of your choice

Instructions

  1. Mix milk, water, sugar, vanilla, and egg (if using) in a blender until evenly crushed.
  2. Add the fruit and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
