Fruit Jello Mold

Ingredients

  • 3 small packages cherry Jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 package frozen strawberries
  • 3 small bananas
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix the melted cherry Jello, frozen strawberries, sliced bananas, crushed pineapple, chopped nuts, and sour cream (reserve some for topping) together.
  2. Pour half of the mixture into a Jello mold and place in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes until firm.
  3. Spread the remaining sour cream over the firm mixture in the mold.
  4. Pour the remaining half of the Jello mixture on top of the sour cream.
  5. Refrigerate the mold overnight until fully set before serving.
