Ingredients

  • 15 1/4 oz. can pineapple chunks
  • 15 oz. can pear halves
  • 11 oz. can mandarin orange sections
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup heavy or whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Drain pineapple, pears, and mandarin orange sections.
  2. Place drained fruits, halved grapes, and marshmallows in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, beat the heavy cream with a mixer at medium speed until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold in mayonnaise and nutmeg until well mixed.
  5. Thoroughly fold the mayonnaise mixture into the fruit mixture.
  6. Cover and refrigerate before serving.
