A delightful fruit 'n pudding salad combining creamy tapioca and vanilla puddings with fresh fruits, perfect for light desserts and gatherings, appealing to all ages.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. box tapioca pudding
  • 3 oz. box vanilla pudding
  • 1 can mandarin oranges
  • 1 can pineapple tidbits
  • 1 or 2 bananas
  • cherries

Instructions

  1. Use the liquid from the cans of mandarin oranges and pineapple.
  2. Add enough water to the liquid to make 3 cups.
  3. Cook both boxes of pudding using the 3 cups of liquid, bringing to a boil.
  4. Stir constantly during cooking.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool.
  6. Add the drained oranges, pineapple, and sliced bananas to the cooled pudding.
  7. Stir gently to combine.
  8. Top with cherries before serving.
  9. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
