Ingredients

  • 30 oz. can fruit cocktail
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup salad dressing
  • 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • green food coloring
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Drain the fruit cocktail.
  2. Gradually add salad dressing and sugar to softened cream cheese; mix in a few drops of food coloring until well blended.
  3. Fold in drained fruit, marshmallows, nuts, and whipped cream.
  4. Spoon the mixture into two 1-pound coffee cans.
  5. Cover and freeze.
  6. To serve, remove the bottom of the can with a can opener and push the logs out onto a serving plate, then slice.
