Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. lemon jello
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 2 c. 7-Up
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 bananas, cubed
  • miniature marshmallows
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Cook flour, sugar, pineapple juice, salt, and egg in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  2. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip into the cooled mixture.
  4. Dissolve lemon jello in 2 cups hot water, then add 2 cups 7-Up, crushed pineapple (drained), and cubed bananas.
  5. Pour the jello mixture into a mold or serving dish.
  6. Spread the cooled cream mixture over the jello layer.
  7. Top with miniature marshmallows.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
